Our finished buildings include everything needed for immediate use:

  • Complete electrical (wiring, outlets, lighting, breaker panel)
  • Plumbing systems (where applicable—sinks, toilets, water heater)
  • Full insulation
  • Interior wall finishes (drywall or paneling)
  • Flooring
  • Trim and baseboards
  • Fixtures (lights, faucets, etc.)
  • Exterior siding and roofing
  • Windows and doors

Basically, if it’s needed to make the space livable or functional, we include it.
